NORMS & GUIDELINES

1. Dates:
   • The online application will be available from 04/12/2023 to 31/12/2023 . All supporting documents must be uploaded as required in jpg format.
   • Written Test (FOR EXTERNAL STUDENTS ONLY) :
     ▪ Date : Saturday, 3rd February 2024
     ▪ Reporting Time : 8:30 am
     ▪ End of Exam Time for Science : 11:00 am
     ▪ End of Exam Time for Commerce : 10:00 am
   • PUBLICATION OF RESULT:On the last day of the ICSE Exam, 2024.
2. Eligibility

   All internal & external students who are appearing for ICSE/CBSE (Class X) examination in 2023-24 from Hill Top School or other schools affiliated to the Council for ICSE or CBSE 2023-24 (English Medium) may apply.

3. Cost of Application Form:

   Rs. 500/- (Non Refundable)

4. COMBINATION OF SUBJECTS:

   Students may opt for any combination as per their marks, aptitude & potential:

   • SCIENCE (Scheme 1)
     

     Compulsory Subjects:English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths

     Additional Subjects:Choose any ONE
     Biology / Computer Science / Hindi / Economics

     ---

     SCIENCE (Scheme 2)
     

     Compulsory Subjects:English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology

     Additional Subjects:Choose any ONE
     Computer Science / Hindi / Economics

     ---

     COMMERCE (Scheme 3)
     

     Compulsory Subjects:English, Commerce, Accountancy, Economics

     Additional Subjects:Choose any ONE/TWO
     Maths / Hindi / Computer Science

5. Online Documents Required:

   The following certificates need to be scanned and uploaded along with the Application Form.

   • Report Card of Class 9 (Mandatory).
   • Report Card of First Term / Half Yearly Exam of Class 10 (Mandatory).
   • Report Card of Pre Board of Class 10 (if available).
6. Documents in Hard Copies Required:

   Download the online application after duly filling it in and submit the following at the school gate between 04/01/2024 & 10/01/2024

   • Downloaded print of the filled-in Form.
   • Photocopies of Report Card of Class 9(Mandatory).
   • Photocopies of Report Card of First Term / Half Yearly Exam (Mandatory) & Pre Board of Class 10 (if available).
7. Test Details:

   The test will have three components for Science Stream

   a) English b) Maths c) Science

   
   

   And two components for Commerce Stream

   a) English b) Maths or Commerce
